Front Row Houston was an idea inspired by New York Fashion week. Witnessing firsthand the fashion trends in New York they undoubtedly knew that Houston had the ability to be the next fashion forward city. Houston is often said to be similar to New York with it’s melting pot of residents to it’s heavy influence in music, trends, culture, and even fashion. Front Row Houston was then born with the intent to create a high fashion runway show with eccentric fashion designs and an eclectic crowd of influencers in Houston.
The show was a success highlighting the designers Charles “War”, Preston Douglas, Amati, and Richard & Grace with their cutting edge streetwear designs. While Travis Cal, Chasity Sereal, and Diesuest awed the crowd with the beautifully intricate designs with womens wear couture. Chasity Sereal closed out the show with her jaw dropping bridal wear.
Front Row Houston definitely made a stamp on the Houston fashion culture and hopes to create more fashion shows to highlight Houston designers. The mission is to grow the event and promote Houston as the new fashion forward hub for designers and high fashion.
