So @MartysaurusRex Isn't A Rapper, But Some of His Friends Are

Martellus Bennett is best known for his impressive football skills and maybe even his charitable contributions or creative spirit. He isn't a rapper. Yesterday, Bennett released the I'm Not A Rapper But Some of My Friends Are EP.

Full disclosure, I am absolutely biased towards Martellus Bennett; partially because he is from Alief and partially because he makes some really dope moves outside even outside of his football career.

I digress.

Bennett released an EP titled I'm Not A Rapper But Some of My Friends Are. According to the SoundCloud description, the EP is a byproduct of Bennett alongside some friends hanging out in the studio and just having fun. The friends (mostly from Texas) are MatchBoxTony, David Allen Dope, Low Down, Keith Jacobs, Franchise Tief and Shaud Money. Go check out these artists and their music, I found a few great tracks with just a quick listen.

The dopest part of the I'm Not A Rapper But Some of My Friends Are EP is that it is a celebration of creativity. Bennett is also using his platform as a well-known personality to highlight artists who happen to be his friends. Julian Edelmen said it was dope too so, hey. We need more people like Martellus Bennett in this world.
